Siamo in Valle d'Aosta questa settimana. Nella prima parte di questa puntata andiamo a Chamois, un piccolo comune al quale si arriva solo attraverso una funivia. Poi vicino Aosta per provare a essere falconieri e avvicinare dunque rapaci recuperati anche da situazioni difficili. Scopriremo tutte le attività che la neve e il ghiaccio ci offrono e poi entreremo nel museo di scienze naturali a Saint Pierre. Con la bici vi proponiamo un percorso che si adatta anche alle temperature più fredde: il Giro delle Cantine, 30 km dal comune di Villeneuve tra vigneti, castelli e  chiese medievali e ci fermiamo a  La Maison des anciens remèdes di Jovençan, piccolo museo etnobotanico per scopire i segreti delle piante officinali.Poi, scopriremo le bellezze invernali della valle di Cogne, tra sci di fondo, ciaspole e arrampicata su ghiaccio.
