A tree planting company that has planted more than 5million trees in the last 8 years while employing more than 200 unemployed youths and formerly incarcerated people to do their tree plantings since its founding. Recorded whilst James Hughes, the founder of Gone West, was walking the El Camino de Santiago, a 500-mile walk through 4 of Spains' 15 regions. It begins as a rather informal conversation about the challenges of balancing between one’s own life and labour of love.
