Babs Assink duikt opnieuw in Bureau Warmoesstraat, want er liggen nog genoeg interessante verhalen. Drugs, prostitutie, gokken en moorden op de Amsterdamse Wallen zorgden ervoor dat Bureau Warmoesstraat het bekendste politiebureau van Nederland werd. Maar ook corruptie en de boeken, series en films van oud-rechercheur Appie Baantjer droegen daaraan bij. Bijna 25 jaar geleden sloot het markante bureau zijn deuren, maar de verhalen zijn nog niet vergeten. Babs haalt verhalen op bij betrokkenen (waaronder John van den Heuvel) en heeft een uitgebreid gesprek met burgemeester Femke Halsema over de huidige stand van zaken op de Wallen.
