Ik creëerde een leven wat bij mij past en voel weer verbinding met mezelf. Voor mij is dat zelfliefde. Het boek is voor iedereen die alcoholvrij wil worden of wil blijven en staat vol met tips en mijn visie op verslaving en nuchter leven.
