本期不算是一次导演专访，我们和《“炼”爱》导演董雪莹结合各自的经历和想法，聊了聊那些在她纪录片中涉及到的婚恋话题。公园相亲角、相亲大会是什么样的？30+都市单身女性在婚恋市场中的现状是什么？她们真的会焦虑吗？我们看到片中记录的这五位女性，在不同人生阶段和处境、面对不同情感诉求或问题时的应对方式。这些鲜活的人物和生活切片，比以往我们在影视作品中看到的角色更真实，也让我们更加不自觉地被代入其中。
