Apart from academic institutes, biotech and pharma companies, pure and ultrapure water are also being used in quite unexpected locations: from crime labs to amusement parks, and labs that are culturing meat.  In this episode, your host Monica Joch interviews Bob Ventura, an Applications Specialist based in Southern California, and Tracy Jolson, a Sales Specialist in New York City. Bob and Tracy tell us about the most interesting places they have placed water purification systems. Bob explains how endotoxin-free water is used to make lab-grown "fish".
