Kander was the Secretary of State of Missouri until 2017 and received the most votes of any Democratic candidate in his Senate race against Roy Blunt in 2016. Gupta is the managing partner of Arena, an organization dedicated to convening, training, and supporting the next generation of candidates and campaign staff. Gupta also worked on Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. During the interview we get specific with what everyday Democrats can and should do in order to help preserve our democracy & much more. Next, we welcome back our friend and incredible journalist, Brian Karem. Karem dishes on the differences between the Trump & Biden administrations as well as the motivating factors behind most journalists we see today.
