客家族群對文字的重視和敏感程度，除了表現在「敬字亭」之外，也表現在「文學創作」上，客家文學家將客家的風俗民情、行為思考模式、生活方式等，用富有客家意識的文字記錄下來。為了讓臺灣和世界各地的大眾認識客家文學家，客家委員會已經在國外陸續出版客家文學翻譯作品、並在臺灣舉辦《𠊎庄文學季(Hakka Literature Festival)》系列文學活動。 The Hakka community holds a deep respect for and sensitivity towards the written word. This reverence is showcased not only through their Jingzi Pavilions, but also via their contributions to literature. Hakka writers articulate the traditions and ways of life through their insightful writing. In an effort to familiarize people in Taiwan and across the globe with the works of Hakka writers, the Hakka Affairs Council has been actively publishing translations of Hakka literature and organizing the "Hakka Literature Festival" in Taiwan. -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
