Originally, before this way of eating in 2016, he was north of 270 lbs at 5'11". Now, he's in his mid-180s, and 42 years old. He's lost almost 100 lbs! He fluctuates a few pounds but doesn't worry about it. This could be water weight and sometimes eating a bit more food than other times. He also travels a lot which can affect his sleep schedule. Vinnie finds this fairly common among folks who travel so much. He also doesn't see a big change in how clothes fit during this time. Everyone can fluctuate 3-5 lbs on any given day. This is why Vinnie says throw the scale away. Stuart has benefitted from the phone consults. Vinnie can help you fine-tune your way of eating to benefit you most. Stuart is a contractor and has stayed active throughout his life. He's always been quite strong, but wasn't really in shape before this. Now he's running and found success in being in Zone 2.
