Australian doctors are pushing for weight loss drugs like Ozempic, Wagovi and Mounjaro to be added to the PBS for obesity treatment. The health minister has received recommendations to list Wagovi on the PBS for people with a BMI of 35 and established cardiovascular disease, with price negotiations underway.
