  • Week 4: Teaching 4 Jesus Made a Way

    09/14/2019

He loves me, He loves me, He really loves me! What a beautiful night diving deep into the Lord’s relentless pursuit of us through Jesus and His unwavering love for us. It’s the miracle of knowing that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. That our old heart of stone has been replaced with a new heart of flesh that beats wildly for Jesus. Knowing Jesus is far more than intellectual knowledge, it’s experiential. To know Him is intimacy, it’s freedom, it’s the fullness of joy, it’s more than we can ask to think or imagine. He thinks we are worth paying the highest price, to make us His - what a precious gift. May we continually learn to treasure this gift, not striving to “do” and “earn” it, but just “be” and “receive” it. Let the sacrifice of Jesus laying down His life on the cross for our sake be enough for us to come to Him and rest.
