Angela describes the countless obstacles that she and her husband encountered from law enforcement and other agencies instead of the help they expected, the inconsistancies of evidence and lack of anwers to questions that any parent would have. Despite the domestic violence that occurred, Law enforcement told Angela that her daughter’s perpetrator would “never be considered a person of interest and refused to investigate in that direction.
