Welcome to First Grade, Andrew! (Family Rosary Across America)

from The Best of the Week · host Relevant Radio

This episode of Family Rosary Across America is extra special because Fr. Rocky and Maggie are chatting with some of the most adorable little prayer warriors. Get ready for a dose of sweetness and faith straight from the hearts of kids!   First up, we’ve got 6-year-old Andrew from St. Genevieve, Missouri. It’s his big day—first day of first grade! And he’s calling in with his sister Charlotte, who’s just starting kindergarten. Andrew also has two more sisters at home, so you know their house is full of energy! Fr. Rocky jokes that their mom must be super busy, and their dad is probably loving all the fun and chaos.   Then, we hop over to Bryon, Texas, where siblings Gabriel, Eleanor, and Veronica are ready to share their prayers. Veronica, at just 11 years old, melts our hearts with her powerful prayer intentions: for a peaceful end to abortion, good health for her family, and more Christians around the world. Wow, right? Eleanor, who’s 10, is hoping for a new house—specifically a blue one. Fr. Rocky can’t help but wonder if Our Lady’s house in heaven is blue too! And finally, 7-year-old Gabriel, sweetly asks for healing for his mouth and blessings for Relevant Radio. You can’t help but smile at his sincerity.   Fr. Rocky and Maggie lift up all these prayers with so much love, reminding us just how precious the faith of children is.       The best way to listen to the Best of the Week is on our #1 Free Catholic App. It’s free, and always will be!
