The UNSW "Women in Built Environment (WBE)" is a society coming up aiming to empower women in the industry with support and opportunities to help them face the setbacks they may encounter in reaching their goals. The ultimate mission is to increase visibility and access to role models for young women who aspire to have a career in the Built Environment. Our vision of the Built Environment industry is one that is just and inclusive of women and female-identifying persons wherein they can reach their fullest potential. In each episode, we will be speaking to different women in the built environment that we look up to - sharing insights into their work, professional journeys, and what they hope to see in the future. We hope you enjoy it!
