What do you do with an insight?

After an extended check-in about how we're being, Vee and Pam dive into the question, what do you do with an insight? We talk about forcing our thoughts to try to make something happen, or creating meaning where there isn't any, and compare those to receiving an insight as an almost fully formed realization. We discuss the shifts we feel as a result, in which nothing looks different on the outside yet everything has changed because we have changed. And we recognize that an insight keeps unwrapping itself, offering us more gifts and opportunities as we say yes to its inspiration.
