What Drives Burnout

from My 2 Cents · host Tiffany E. Gibson

I recently attended at an ambulatory pediatric Professional Development Conference and loved the keynote on what drives burn out. And the answer isn't stress of lack of tangible support. Tune in as I share my 2 cents on human trauma, its impact on the body and the what to do to combat burn out. Then, I need you to: • Reflect on areas of burnout in your lives and identify if it's due to quantitative factors or feelings of rejection. • Establish personal boundaries and non-negotiables to prevent reaching a state of burnout. • Share your thoughts on burnout and neuroplasticity HERE. And, rate the podcast and/or leave a review. I referenced this book in the episode. It's a great read.  Meet me in The L.A.B. Join Tiff in the S.H.I.F.T. Work Community. I just moved to a new city, to start a new job, with new people… And I have no idea what I’m doing. There’s a huge pressure to know exactly what you’re doing and the exact trajectory that your life is on… But it’s completely unrealistic. So I wanted to offer a genuinely transparent look into what a 20 something-year-old’s life in a new city looks like. Explicit F*ck Surviving, We're Thriving Malina Lopez Hello beautiful humans! I have been on my holistic healing journey since 2020 after a massive awakening thanks to a sound healing ceremony. I honestly thought how I was living and feeling was totally normal. Once I started to heal all parts of myself down to the cells I am made up of I realized life is so much more than people pleasing, anxiety attacks and living life in a haze. I've been exciting that survival mode and entering my era of thriving.  I feel ready and so e Explicit
