Welcome to my first solo episode of Flip It!  Throughout my life I have experienced different kinds of losses. Some through a death and others through an ‘ending.’ Some of those endings have been intentional and others have been completely out of my control.  But, through my own exploration and desire to process them, I am realising that each loss has shown me a new path, which has been paved with unexpected gifts.  I hope that by sharing a little more about my own story and experiences with grief, it may help you to feel less alone in your own journey, and to know that with every ending there is always a beginning.    Connect with me: #flipitpodcast #FlipItwitLauraHearn Website: www.awaywithwords.media Instagram: laura_lhearn TikTok: laura_lhearn Watch clips of this episode on YouTube: @FlipItwithLauraHearn  Sign up to my newsletter and join the Flip It community here:   If you have a story to share, I’d love to hear from you:  www.speakpipe.com/FlipIt www.awaywithwords.media/podcast   DISCLAIMER: The content in the podcast and on this webpage is not intended to constitute or be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
