Brenda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and specializes in relationship and individual therapy using techniques from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method to empower others.Brenda encourages clients to witness their emotions to better identify their needs and strengthen their ability to advocate for themselves.
