from Grace Through Pain: A Journey To Hope

It's a time filled with activities and events I'm deeply involved in, all aimed at raising awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a condition that's part of my life. This month, I remind myself and all of you about the importance of self-care. It's easy to forget, especially when you're fighting for a cause so personal.Living with MS is unpredictable. The fear of flares is a constant shadow, but it's not all doom and gloom. I've learned that while MS doesn't define us, it undeniably shapes our lives. This episode is a reflection of the strength and resilience found within the MS community—a community I'm proud to be a part of.Follow me on Instagram @martis_mslifeVideo Pod: https://youtu.be/-Pl4AV5LUm4?si=nXznLhHzm7F9a8sMSend me a question and I will share it on the pod!: [email protected] www.martihines.comProduced by Natalie Byrdsong
