What's different this time?

Today, in the midst of intensity within us and around us, Pam and Vee ask, what’s different this time? We talk about some of our old self protective tendencies. We share thoughts about allowing ourselves to be wherever we are on the journey, rather than resisting the reality of what is. We reflect on the gifts of choosing to participate fully in life, and choosing where to put our energy instead of getting swept along by life’s current.
