Mary has years of networking experience, having worked at the Chamber of Commerce for a number of years.  She later moved into running her own networking business which she focussed on women. She used to watch ladies watch struggling at networking events, because they lacked confidence, so thus Ladies Who Latte was born. Meeting up, once a month for a coffee and chat.  Now 20 years later, it has grown beyond imagination.  It costs nothing to attend, no membership fees, no advertising. It has grown on word of mouth and dedicated volunteers who shared the same dream.  Mary got to achieve her own personal dream too: when she showed interested in radio aged 15, she was turned down as the job was only done by men .(1960’s) Years later via networking, she was asked to join a local Community Radio station. She has been with Marlow fm 97.5 for 11 years now and is the Coordinator of all the morning Shows with a team of 25 Presenters. She has her own show twice a month.www.ladieswholatte.com
