Ecclesiastes 1:18—"in much wisdom is much grief." People begin life in innocence and joy, like children who trust others and find wonder in simple things. But as people grow older and gain knowledge of the world's sin and hypocrisy, they become more and more cynical, critical, and unhappy, focusing only on what is wrong with others and with life. This kind of "wisdom" can fill the heart with pride, bitterness, and misery, especially in a world where knowledge and information constantly increase. Instead of letting evil and negativity consume the mind, believers must seek the wisdom that comes from God, which is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy. God intends for people to enjoy the simple blessings of life—family, work, fellowship, and daily provisions. True wisdom allows a person to recognize the evil in the world without becoming bitter, and to live with joy, gratitude, and trust in God.

There’s no retreat, no surrender and we NEVER GIVE UP! “…If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)God, your word says, “… the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.” (Matthew 24:13) So, we ask you, Lord, prepare us for the spiritual warfare in the days to come.
