White Privilege & Mac and Cheese Paninis

from Precious the Foodie · host Precious Pioneer

This week I have the amazing pleasure of  interviewing Jen McFarland founder of Women Conquer Biz.  She is an amazing advocate and ally that helps women of color develop skills and actionable strategies to be leaders and entrepreneurs in their fields.  In light of the spark of racial injustices in America, we'll be talking about white privilege and allyship and what that looks like moving forward. Also, as restaurants begin to open we'll discuss if mom and pop's are doomed or will they be able to rise from the ashes, post Corona Virus. But, of course we have to talk about food in this show. And I'm excited to share with you Portland's odd cheese obsession and what kind of interesting  and popular foods you can expect to find here.  If you enjoyed the show, please don't forget to Subscribe and Leave a Review Below.
