who are we and why this podcast

Get to know Shawn and Mo, why we named the podcast "Girl, no" and have some fun as we examine life. We talk about how things change – sometimes unexpectedly, and how the things we say yes to, and the times we say no – have changed our paths. We're here on this ride called life with you! We get real about the more rocky parts of the journey. We look forward to sharing stories, answering (or examining) listener questions, and offering helpful tips, tools and suggestions, along with some most likely unhelpful, but humorous examples of when we wish we would have said no, but didn't.
