Seriously.And I don't apologise for the blunt delivery of this week's message - because we're talking about a matter of life and death... your's.We're exploring the fact that there are two of you and the one of you who makes the most noise doesn't actually exist - although it sure feels as if they do.They make so much noise that you could be forgiven for thinking that the other you doesn't even exist and, yet, it is this "other you" who will enable you live your life in a way that the noise in your head could never even begin to imagine.It is this "other you" that you can trust - implicitly, explicitly, completely.
