Work with your principal and share the vision for getting into classrooms by first meeting with all teachers. Have your meeting dates set up with the principal before the PD session Have your follow up email and resources ready to go End the PD session by telling the teachers that they will be seeing you in their classrooms to support on this new skill that is being requested by the principal.
