Why Career Readiness?

This week we are starting our series on Career Readiness. Ultimately we all want our students to graduate from high school and become productive members of society. In this series, we are covering how to give students a career-ready mindset, career exploration, how to obtain a job, and the employability skills you will need to maintain a job. Today's episode we are going to play “Make a Change Monday", briefly explain why career readiness is important, give you tips and tricks to help you get your students on board with career readiness, and finally answer your question of the day.
