Why do we need a purpose?

Not knowing your path in life and feeling a bit lost is i think the common narrative of everyone's twenties. This week we are talking through why I feel a need to find this puupose, and how overwhelming that can be. We will then discuss how to convey how your feeling to let those around you know whats going on when you are feeling mega overwhelmed.
