You may have seen my social media post last week on 2-2-22 where I made my last post for my business and said good-bye to social media, but I wanted to talk about it on this podcast as well. I’m going to be transparent - like I always am - this was hard for me to do even though it wasn’t aligning with me. As you know, anytime you shift and do things differently, your ego shows up and starts making you question yourself. What if you can’t get clients outside of social media?  … I know I can because I have and I’ve built businesses long before social media was even around. Where are you going to find clients without social media? … There are over 150 different ways to find clients off  social media and I’m pretty sure they’ll work because I’ve used them before. Once I made the decision and hit the publish button, I had a wonderful sense of relief.  I didn’t feel addicted anymore.  I felt free, I felt back in charge of my business and the best part was that I didn’t have the stress and overwhelming feeling of needing to make a post or create a story. I’m sharing in this episode my reason for leaving social media.
