Why Is The Father So Important In The Home?

This Sunday is Father’s Day and you know what that means… It’s time to NOT make reservations because frankly, all of the restaurants will look like a Tuesday night, so seating will be unlimited; it also means that you can definitely pick up a last-minute Father’s Day Card and any store and unfortunately, you’re going to have to pay FULL-PRICE for mattress’ because WHY??? People and Business’ just don’t emphasize or commemorate DAD’s Day like they do Mom’s Day! But who’s to blame??? Is it the marketing departments that sell ugly ties, socks or gag-gifts? Are Moms secretly sabotaging our day to make theirs standout? How about a statistical fact that Father’s Day is ranked #7 on a couple different lists I found—with Halloween ranked #2 after Christmas! Look it up if you don’t believe me! Maybe we should just go as a Father for Halloween to even the odds! Or, maybe it’s the fact that forever—we as men have placed ourselves in this position, thus further perpetuating our own Generational Curses! Today, I have two of my favorite Bruhs in the house, Pastor Erick Hoskin and Alphonse Provo and we’re going to break down some myths and realities about WHY IS THE FATHER SO IMPORTANT IN THE HOME?
