Why It’s Imperative You Assess Every Outcome, Especially Victories
from A Phil Svitek Podcast - A Series From Your 360 Creative Coach · host Phil Svitek
We have a bad habit, or at least I certainly do, to not fix something if it ain’t broken. And I typically think that if I’m getting the desired results that nothing is broken. This is far from the truth because it could be sheer luck. Many successful people, like Ray Dalio, talk about the importance of making sure that the process has quality. Pep Guardiola, a world class soccer (akak football) coach (for Manchester City) is notorious for making sure his players do everything correctly even during victory. I’ve started doing this and so should you. Check out this episode as I expand on this notion. And please let me know your thoughts, whether in the comment section or hit me up on social media @PhilSvitek. I’d love to hear from you!
