Instead of having standardized “rules” that we give clients, we listen to where you are at in your healthy lifestyle journey - your current exercise routine, foods you love, drinks you love, and where you want to eventually be in your healthy lifestyle journey….just to name a few. We are here to help motivate you through your own journey at your own pace, while giving healthy lifestyle recommendations along the way. Today we are going to talk to you a little bit more about our healthy lifestyle recommendation process and how we counsel our clients at AYB to help them achieve their best and healthiest self.
