This seasonal shift inspired me to reflect more deeply on people-pleasing and the interplay between masculine and feminine energies.As women, our nervous systems are wired to scan and respond to the needs of others. We’re often taught to view our nurturing instincts as virtues rather than instinctual drives. But when our feminine identity is rooted in unselfish service, we deplete ourselves. The true nature of the feminine is to receive first before she can genuinely give and nourish.When our inner feminine is honored, the outer expression becomes joyful, life-giving, and sustainable.
