That’s the advice that Sean O'Connor, the Global Treasury Director at Indeed.com, gives in this episode of the Treasury Career Corner podcast. Sean and his team are responsible for all aspects of Corporate Treasury within the HR Tech SBU group of Recruit Holdings Co Ltd.  Prior to joining Indeed, Sean worked as part of the Corporate Treasury team in Aer Lingus and Xerox and spent a number of years in the banking industry.Sean is a qualified ACCA accountant with extensive experience in cash & liquidity management, M&A, FX, interest & commodity risk management, investments, and debt management.
