If you find yourself restricting food groups such as chocolate, lollies, bread or sugar/wheat/dairy/carbs in general - you may need to reasses your justification for doing so.Did you start restricting these food groups with the intention to have a more dramatic effect on your fat loss goals?Did you assume that these changes would deliver a direct pay off in correlation to losing MORE body fat?
