Here's the weather report script: Good morning, weather watchers! This is your friendly neighborhood meteorologist coming to you with the latest forecast for Wichita, Kansas. Tonight, we're looking at a crisp and clear evening with temperatures dipping down to a chilly 8 degrees. Pack those extra layers, folks - it's going to be a cold one! Moving into Monday, we've got a sunny day ahead with temperatures climbing to a modest 32 degrees. Winds will be calm in the morning, then gently shifting to a light south southwest breeze around 5 to 7 miles per hour in the afternoon. Monday night brings partly cloudy skies and temperatures dropping to around 20 degrees. Expect a soft southwest wind that'll switch to northwest after midnight. Tuesday continues our sunny trend with a high near 30 degrees. Winds will play musical chairs, starting northwest and then switching to northeast in the afternoon. The rest of the week looks pretty stable - mostly sunny days with temperatures gradually warming up. Thursday looks particularly pleasant with a high near 43 degrees, and Friday will be even warmer, hitting around 46 degrees. Weekend forecast? A bit of a cool down. Saturday's high will only reach about 27 degrees, and Sunday looks even chillier with temperatures struggling to hit 21 degrees.
