CBC - Complete blood count (measures red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, and iron) BMP - Basic metabolic panel (measures all basic organ systems and a few nutrients) Neither of these tests will actually detect all of your nutritional deficiencies. What’s happening in the blood is not happening inside the cell.
