Blue Wave Martial Arts owner, Karate & Jiu Jitsu blackbelt and England MMA coach Windy Miller joins Finborough Headteacher Steven Clark, to talk about how skills learnt on the mat empower children and adults to live happier and more fulfilled lives.Having lived in Kenya, Malawi, the West Indies and Papua New Guinea, Windy shares his unique perspective on life and martial arts. Having started training in 1975, he now runs his own Martial Arts centre in Suffolk where he helps develop characteristics such as resilience, consistency and determination, in order to equip students with the tools needed to achieve spiritual, mental and physical growth.
