One of the effects of the pandemic was making the talent market become global. Now people have the opportunity to work multiple jobs remotely if they can manage their time effectively. Then again working multiple jobs pre-dates the talent boom, even when people did not have the luxury of working remotely. We want to talk about it and see if we can figure out why. Charles Isidi or as I fondly call him (Erah Zee) is an amazing Brand Storyteller and a Growth Marketer.  Listen In. 😇 It would have been great if we touched on burnout in this episode but we did not, I have that planned out for a separate episode.
