Workplace Environment, how does it affect us? EP 117

Another week facing challenges at work with people just not wanting to work and feeding into feelings versus doing their job. I'm tired of it, it's bleeding into our personal life as well and it's exhausting. Friends and Family just victimizing themselves and complaining, they really show their true colors this week. The sheer entitlement of people who do and have nothing to show for this type of behavior is astounding! Ugh, what the f*ck is going on?! Brian brings up some great points about why people act like this and how people have a need or desire to complain, to be victims.....but wouldn't it be great to never have a complaint or complain about anything? Wouldn't that be the peace we want as a person or as a society? Take a listen and chuckle at the many frustrations we have with the people we face everyday. Enjoy!
