Not really nope. Because I grew up in Northern part of my country where is filled with snow and cold days each year. The summer time is very short, 2 months at the most. The winter time could be in 6 months. I hate it. I love everything but weather conditions in my city. I love my friends, relatives and the city. The weather is the part I dislike the most. That is it.
