雅思口语P2 Describe an article on health you read in a magazine(文字版）

The article that I have read was all about how to eat healthily. I learnt a lot from the passage. It tells me what I could and what I should eat if I want a balanced diet. The red meat, white meat, vegetarian food, you know. By the way, I came across this passage on the Internet when I was shopping online in my office. At that time, probably three weeks ago, I was thinking about losing some weight and staying fit. I bought one magazine from online store, 50 Yuan or something. After three to four days, I got it.
