La finalista olímpica y campeona mundial de canotaje, Yarisleidis Cirilo, finalizó recientemente una base de preparación en Colombia. El período en tierras cafeteras fue de casi cuatro semanas, permitiendo a la principal exponente de la disciplina en la nación caribeña alcanzar los niveles de preparación requeridos previo a los Juegos Panamericanos de Santiago de Chile 2023. Poco antes de regresar a Cuba, donde ultimará detalles y desde donde en breve partirá a la capital chilena, Cirilo envió declaraciones vía WhatsApp para la emisora COCO:
