Yeast Free Bread with a Pinch of Salt

This talk was given by Scott McKay on our Church family weekend. It was part of a series of 4 on Leviticus. This talk was based on Leviticus 2:1-16. Some question you could discuss after you listen to the talk: 1) “The Lord requires all of you, not just part of you, when He has all of you then you can give part of you” – Discuss. 2) How does the ‘whole burnt offering (Lev 1) relate to the ‘gift offering’ (Lev 2)? 3a) Christians are subjects of the King of kings how does that impact our worship both privately and corporately? 3b) How does this help frame your thinking and approach to the gifts (money/time/service) you offer to the LORD? 4) What will it mean for you to add the ‘oil of gladness’ to your worship and service of the LORD? 5a) What makes an offering pleasing in the Lord’s sight? 5b) What will it mean for you to remove the ‘yeast and honey’?
