Yikes! A DIY first aid kit for the natural home

After getting caught away from home with a nasty sprain, I decided to put together a first aid kit for my family. I’ve shared some of my favorite tips here for you to start your own rescue kit. As a side note…at the end I gave a recipe for cough syrup that said grate a whole lemon…uh make that a whole onion not lemon. Happy crafting!
