We have all heard the saying before, "mind over matter", meaning if you don't mind, then it doesn't matter. That can apply to anything, and while I relate it to a few things throughout the episode, the main thing I wanted to relate it to was a healthy lifestyle. The comparison is that if you do not mind living unhealthy then leading a healthy lifestyle does not matter.
