How many times have you had something to say and stopped yourself because you weren't sure it was your place? How many times have you clipped your own wings because you're not sure you're "qualified?" How many times do you find yourself shying away from opportunities to shine because you don't feel confident enough? If you're like a lot of people, it's a lot. Today, I want to share with you a semi-embarrassing experience that taught me a lot about a quality you need to be a leader (Hint: it's not skills).
