The killer of everything is stuckness. Mental illness labels are basically different forms of being emotionally stuck. We are unlimited 100% of the time, which means being stuck is against our nature. All our thoughts, decisions, actions leads us forward in life.  Some people have significant experiences that can suggest that they are 'not enough'. Once they believe this they become stuck, begin repeating the suggestion to themselves, making it an autosuggestion that influences their life experience. You can't grow if you are stuck in an emotional state like trauma, trying to meet expectations, or displacing your responsibility.  The biggest lie in life is, 'You can't do it'. If you get to stage of life where you don't know what to do, get excited because you're about to learn what to do. You're on the brink of discovering who you really are. Take that 1 extra step, move onward. In doing so you also help others to become unstuck.
