Just me, and a hard truth most men don't want to hear - you don't rise to some higher version of yourself. You fall back to whatever you've practiced. That's it. That's the whole mechanism. I've sat with thousands of men over the years and watched the same thing happen. A guy gets the insight, feels the fire, tells himself this time's different. Then life gets loud again and he's straight back to the same habits he swore he was done with. The insight was never the problem. The habit was always going to win, because he never actually replaced it. So I break down what change really costs. A severance from who you were. A confrontation with your own bullshit - the fears, the excuses, the beliefs about what you're capable of that you've never actually tested. A realisation that you can't keep the old pattern and expect a new life out the other end. And then the unglamorous part nobody wants to hear - you do it again tomorrow, and the day after that. Six months in the Academy won't fix your life. It'll show you which habit you keep returning to, and give you a better one to fall back on instead.
