You Need a Good Slap Across the Face

I almost lost the run of myself recording this episode - it's a little shorter than usual because I'm talking at twice the normal speed... the excitement of it all!And, as the title would suggest, you and I both need to pull ourselves together, get ourselves by the shoulders and give ourselves a good shake and slap ourselves across the face... repeatedly until we're flowing in regular flow.In flow, we send out signals - they're emitted by intention-carrying photons of light, we literally glow.When we're not in flow all we're doing is perpetuating our crummy little lives (I did say that I almost lost the run of myself recording this episode, didn't I!) and we're a danger to everyone around us.So, what are you waiting for because, if you're trying to figure out a reason for starting, I'll give you one... you're missing your own life and the bits that are gone you ain't going to get back!
